Most verifications are completed within 48 hours after you upload your documents (tax ID, insurance, permits). Incomplete applications may take longer.

Yes, but if you cancel within 14 days of the event start date, you must refund all booth fees. Cancellation fees may apply. Contact support for assistance.

Basic organizer accounts are free. Pro plan ($19/mo) offers advanced features like bulk CSV import, priority support, and custom branding. We never charge a commission on booth fees.
